Cache is hidden at the farthest corner of BGC, located at 31st street.
It's a small open area, greens - garden, amphitheater style. Serene and quiet place, good for meditation.
The area is highly muggled. Please use extreme stealth, take your time and effort not to be discovered, as there are always people around.
