Geocache Description:

06 March 2023, 09:00 - 10:30

Clean Up Australia Day originated in January 1989, and is now held on the first Sunday of every March.

Join us on Clean Up Australia Day on Monday 6 March 2023, kicking off at 9:00am in David Gregg Park on Hanbury Loop, Success. Resources are already provided thanks to the City of Cockburn, Clean Up Australia Day and Keep Australia Beautiful WA, however, feel free to bring tools and resources at your own desire. We will have bags, disposable gloves and a sharps kit (which we hopefully will not require).

The event is held early in the morning to beat the heat. A very light morning tea will instead be provided this time (but do not expect too much). BYO drinks please. As the event is in March, it could be a tad warm, so I recommend bringing ice cold water in bottles, a hat and sunscreen.

Please note that toilet facilities are not available within the park.
