On opposite sides of the USA, the coming of Spring is predicted by two special animals.
In Pennsylvania, since 1887, a mammal has been predicting whether we will have an early Spring. In Washington, since 2006, an amphibian has been predicting whether we will have an early Spring. By 2/3/23 both predictions will be in. Let's see what the Groundhog and Groundfrog have predicted for Spring 2023.
The event will take place at St Luke's Lutheran Church, 1010 Kinderhook St, Valatie, NY. Coordinates are for the South side entry door into the fellowship hall.
Plan for the evening includes: refreshments of some sort (maybe pizza and cookies,) socializing, and perhaps some games or puzzle solving. I'm setting the end time for 7pm, however we are welcome to stay later.
