This cache is on the border between the Richmond Community Garden and Avebury House:
Avebury house was built in 1885, and was a youth hostel for many years, before becoming a community house which runs activities for the Richmond area. There is a playground and paddling pool at the back and a large lawn and flower borders in front. Toilets are inside Avebury house, which is open during office hours.
Richmond Community Garden started in the back garden of Avebury House, and has since expanded into the neighboring red zone. There's a mushroom garden, beehives, and garden beds. If you bring some bird seed, you could even feed the chickens!
