Stumpy - a (not so) famous peg-legged pirate - chose Powhatan Creek as a favorite location to hide his treasures. One of his hiding spots has been located along the paved Powhatan Creek Trail that connects the Virginia Capital Trail to the Clara Byrd Baker school. This treasure will be found in a large ammo box. This should be a good beginner cache and specifically loaded with treasures to please the younger caching crowd.
