ALC stands for Adventure Lab Cache. There is a special app for this called Adventure Lab. This mystery cache is a bonus cache for the lab cache "Taiwan Experience: NingXia Night Market". You have to visit the night market between 17:00 to 01:00 every night in order to get the ALC answers. However, the cache is available 7x24.
First, download the app and enter by either scanning the QR code or clicking the link below. Go to the 5 locations as directed, look for the clues and enter the answers. The cache's final location and the method to unlock the treasure is in the answers (journals).
