As usually happens, we met Hans and Linda at an Event - the "3 Months to the MEGA Event 2015" at Belvoir Park Wodonga on 22nd August 2015.
We have met them on many occcasions since, again usually at an Event somewhere. How funny that they moved from Maryborough VIC (called Scaryborough by a Victorian Policeman friend) to Maryborough QLD.
We caught up with them once more this year at their "Australia Day near the weir" Event, and at their new neighbourhood, the RV Homebase. A wonderful couple who give a lot to geocaching - we have found 8 of their 19 geocaches, and a further 6 of their Adventure Labs. We miss them heaps.
This cache has been placed to commemorate our visit, and to increase the number of caches in the Maryborough locality, so giving Hans and Linda and other local geocachers more to find. We hope this encourages future visitors to do the same. Hans and Linda are willing to be local maintainers for us.
