You can park within 10 feet of the cache or you can park somewhere else and walk down the cobblestone path to get to it. I made the terrain rating for parking within 10 ft.
The name of the cache is for where it is placed. If you park with in 10 ft of the cache, you may not figure out the "race" part of it but thats ok. You don't need to in order to find the cache. Just use your GPS and your geosenses.
