LISTEN UP MY LITTLE BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!!
This cache was a major pain to put together and a major pain to hide. It is dedicated to my comrades in arms across all services who have endured the pains of military life. Major Payne was a character who parodied many of those military life struggles through a humorous lens.
Of the other militaries I have served with one value I admired the most belonged to the British Royal Marine Commandos which was "Cheerfulness in the face of adversity." In that spirit I hope you have fun finding the cache and sharing your experience here.
Also a special thanks to sasamichicken, who was a huge help in assembling this cache and my partner in crime/better half through my military career. I literally could not have done the cache or 27 years in the run and gun club without her.
Please return the cache exactly as you found it because it would be a MAJOR PAIN to replace.
Inside the cache you will find a travel bug, logbook and a photo journal of pictures of some of my experiences while overseas. Some of the most miserable of times have made the best stories and life lessons. There is an armed services coin as a prize for the first to find.
VFW had a change of leadership from the friendly post commander to a grumpy new commander who does not want a cache there. Updated coordinates to a more cache friendly location. All other hints and attributes are the same.
