Beneath or Aloft Traditional Cache

I have been meaning to place a cache here for years now. There was a time when a multi covered this area so I waited until the area became available. The cache itself is a larger micro which should be easy to find. Is it above ground near the road or beneath it? This cache will definitely be easier in the winter and may require a tott to retrieve. You can park along Island Lakes Drive not far from the cache. Just follow the signs so you don't park on the bridge or too close to the bus stop. We walk aronnd here quite alot throughout the year and is quite nice in the summer. Good luck and enjoy!
