Welcome to the much-delayed Episode 8 of the Taco Twosday experience. This represents the three year anniversary of the last such event I held, just days before the lockdown started. Yes, it has been three years. If you'll remember, it rained and we were all crammed tightly together in the indoor dining room's 4-top booths, voices raised. It was a ton of fun, but I can't begin to tell you how nervous I was that some of us might have been exposed when the lockdown was put in place a day or two after that raucous event. No vaccines in sight back then, and the statistics seemed pretty scary.

This time, there are two added bonuses. It'll be PI day, so I suppose quesadillas will be the closest thing on the menu (should you choose to partake). It'll also be just after Daylight Savings kicks in, so we should have at least some lingering daylight and -- fingers crossed -- warmer weather. Bring your friends! Bring trackables and stories to swap!

This place has a nice outdoor patio out back where we can gather and make noise without overwhelming the patrons inside - so long as we don't get hit with rain again. At this time of year it may or may not be a little cool. They have patio heaters, but we might not need them this time. I also suggest a light jacket, but you might end up leaving it behind in the old cachemobile. No guarantees.

As usual, we'll be at Ranch Enchilada, a family-run Mexican food place I've patronized since I settled in Yorba Linda in 2000 just after geocaching itself was born. As ever, the coordinates should get you there. You can also find it using the Three Words awakes.crazy.spirit. If you want the address you'll find us at 4965 Valley View Ave, Yorba Linda, Ca. Parking density can vary depending on how busy it is. Remember that there are a few parallel spots on the street that aren't much farther away than those in the lot.
