Portage is the practice of carrying watercraft or cargo over land, either around an obstacle in a river, or between two bodies of water. A path where items are regularly carried between bodies of water is also called a portage.
I know what you are thinking.... but thankfully this cache will not require you to portage at all. It will be the easiest cache the CO will put out so do not think he's getting all soft in 2024.
