As my K9K8 nickname indicates: I love dogs! Here’s another of my 2023 hide submittals.
The phrase “Lard Butt” certainly refers to several situations, perhaps someone familiar to you? Maybe somebody who’s a couch potato? Could be somebody who isn’t ready to leave when the rest of the house is?
For me, I use the phrase as an affectionate phrase referring to dogs that suddenly weighs “a ton of bricks” because grooming IS NOT on their agenda. It’s surprising how heavy a small dog can be…. Let alone a large dog who says “hell no, I don’t want to go”.
