This cache is not at the listed coordinates. If you go there you may get run over by a truck. It is in the middle of the Hwy 20 Bridge crossing the Apple River. That is the river than snakes around and passes near the Apple River Fort northeast of Elizabeth.
You must complete the Spotlight Elizbeth Adventure Lab caches to get the final coordinates.
