Logatec ima bogato kulturno in naravno dediščina. Območje je bilo skozi celotno zgodovino poznano kot ena izmed najbolj pomembnih strateških točk pri prehodu z Apeninskega polotoka v Srednjo Evropo. Tudi občinski grb v svoji sredini ponuja univerzalni simbol prometa – kolo.
Med pomembno zgodovinsko dediščino spada graščina Logatec, ki se nahaja ob glavni cesti v Gorenjem Logatcu. Leta 2007 so ga razglasili za kulturni spomenik lokalnega pomena.
Ob renesančni graščini se razprostira Grajski park Vitez, ki zajema Grajsko kavarno in Grajski park. V Grajski kavarni nudijo gostom naravne sokove, različne kave, prigrizke, sladoled v vročih dneh in topel čaj v mrzlih zimskih mesecih. Grajska terasa je odprta tako v poletnem kot tudi v zimskem času. Grajski park obsega otroško igrišče, asfaltirano igrišče, travnato igrišče, igrišče za odbojko na mivki, balinišče, grajski paviljon, grajski potoček, kamp in parkirišče. V poletnem času je priljubljeno igranje odbojke na mivki. Na voljo sta dve igrišči s peščeno podlago.
V zimskem času je tik ob grajskem parkirišču na voljo urejena proga za tek na smučeh. Po njej se dostopa do krožne proge okoli Tičnice in Sekirice ter od vznožja hriba Ženček.
Na južni in vzhodni strani park omejuje struga Logaščice. Logaščica nastane na sotočju Črnega potoka in potoka z imenom Reka. Po 3 km v ponoru Jačka izgine v podzemlje in se na površju pojavi v izvirih Ljubljanice na Vrhniki.
Del struge na južni strani grajskega parka je urejen v polkrožno stopničasto škarpo, ki je na zemljevidu poimenovana kot Betonska plaža.
Logatec has a rich cultural and natural heritage. Throughout the history, the area has been known as one of the most important strategic points in the transition from the Apennine Peninsula to Central Europe. Even the municipal coat of arms offers a universal symbol of traffic in its center – the wheel.
An important historical heritage is the Logatec manor, which is located along the main road in Gorenji Logatec. In 2007, it was declared a cultural monument of local importance.
Next to the Renaissance mansion is the Vitez Castle Park, which includes the Castle Cafe and the Castle Park. In the Castle Cafe, guests are offered natural juices, various coffees, snacks, ice cream on hot days and hot tea in the cold winter months. The castle terrace is open both in summer and winter. The castle park includes a children's playground, an asphalt playground, a grass playground, a beach volleyball court, a bowling alley, a castle pavilion, a castle creek, a campsite and a parking lot. Playing beach volleyball is popular in summer. There are two playgrounds with a sandy surface.
In winter, there is a well-maintained cross-country ski track right next to the castle parking lot. It provides access to the circular route around Tičnica and Sekirica to the foot of Ženček hill.
On the south and east sides, the park is bounded by the Logaščica riverbed. Logaščica is formed at the confluence of the Črni potok and the stream named Reka. After 3 km in the Jačka sinkhole, it disappears underground and appears on the surface in the springs of the Ljubljanica on Vrhnika.
The part of the riverbed on the south side of the castle park is arranged in a semicircular stepped escarpment, which is named on the map as Betonska plaža.
