Cross-stitch is a form of embroidery that is made with different colors of thread that create X-shapes in a special fabric called aida cloth. People have been cross-stitching in its current form since the 1800s, and I have been cross-stitching since I was 8.
Now it's time for you to start a cross-stitch, but first you need to get the correct colors for your piece. DMC is the industry standard for cross-stitch thread. Here are the colors to gather:
