Welcome to the #team12th Trail; a series of 12 caches plus a bonus designed to introduce our scouts and the local community to the joys of geocaching. The trail takes you through the local streets, parks and woods of Morley and Churwell, collecting a variety of different caches and introducing novices to how this all works. All the caches are reasonably simple to locate and we have given clear hints to help you find them. The route isn't quite circular BUT the bonus cache is near the finish!
Cache #5 is dedicated to Leaders; the unsung heroes who keep #team12th going!
From the previous cache, head over to Springfield Park. This is a multicache; when you reach the waypoint you will see an information board; there is no cache hidden here, to find it you will need to answer these questions;
How high can a silver birch grow? AB metres.
How high can Salix Fragilis grow? CD metres.
Enter these co-ordinates into your gps or phone as a new waypoint.
N53.45.ABA
W01.36.CBD
The final cache is a short walk away.
You will need your tweezers to retrieve the log.
There is no bonus number to collect in this cache.
Please make sure you leave the cache carefully hidden.
