I used to geocache with my dad over a decade ago, and I've been getting back into it lately here in College Station! As a huge Oingo Boingo fan, i felt like the name was appropriate.
This is a nice little area of Wolf Pen Creek that I feel like not nearly enough people know about. Hopefully you can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature (besides, you know, the street and the various fast food joints), and don't forget to check out the tree that's somehow growing out of the bridge!
Hardly any muggles in the day beyond the odd cyclist or jogger, but since this area of the park is well lit, people sometimes come to play games at night. The cache is out of view from the mainly populated areas and is not lit at night, so just use common sense.
Bring a pen and have fun!
