This is my first hide of 2023, I hope y'all enjoy it. I was originally going to make this hide a puzzle cache, but I couldn't quite get everything about it to work the way I wanted it to, so I changed this to a traditional cache instead. This is a simple park-and-grab located near Exit 12 off NY-481 in Clay. In case you didn't know, "J.O.E." stands for "Just Off Exit". This place can be quite busy, so stealth is absolutely required here. Please sign the logbook and replace the cache exactly as you found it. Have fun and good luck.
