Iimori River is a short river which has its source near the border of Tsurugashima City and Hidaka City, flows mainly through the urban areas of Tsurugashima City and Sakado City, and joins the Oppe River in Kawajima Town, Hiki County. Oppe River joins the Arakawa River and it is finally connected to Tokyo Bay.
I hide some caches along Iimori River.
飯盛川は、鶴ヶ島市と日高市のあいだ近くに水源があり、鶴ヶ島市・坂戸市の市街地を通り、比企郡川島町で越辺川と合流する短い川です。合流する越辺川はやがて荒川と合流し、東京湾へ注いでいます。
坂戸市内の飯盛川沿いにキャッシュを隠しました。
This cache is hidden in Tensui Bridge on Iimori River. The name of this bridge means "water from the sky". It's a poetic name, but I don't know why the bridge was named such a nice name.
There is "Sakado Municipal Sports Park" along the downstream of the river. It has a pool, some baceball fields, a gym, and also has a Sumo Dohyo (a ring for Sumo-wrestilng).
このキャッシュは、飯盛川に架かる「天水橋」に隠しました。
ここまでの橋はどれも、近くの地名から取ったなんの特徴のない名前が多かったですが、なぜこの橋だけこんな詩的な名前なのか…。
ここから下流の川沿いには「坂戸市民総合運動公園」があります。プールや野球場、ジムのほか、土俵があるのが珍しいところです。
