Bag It Up
Cache number 7 in our series of cachaes hidden in and around the hindhead area. The cache is a small magnetic micro hidden somewhere in the car park of the recreation ground. I wont tell you where but hey thats a SIGN of the times lol
The Recreation Ground on Beech Hanger Road is used as a Village Green for the enjoyment of residents and visitors alike. It has been used for community events such as The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations in 2016. It is also home to the Grayshott Cricket Club and Grayshott Football Club.
The land was given to the Parish Council By Alexander Ingham Whitaker in 2019 for recreational purposes.
There is a car park serving the land and a number of benches are provided around the edges. Please make good use of the bins and dog poo bag dispensers.
Cache has been hidden with the express permission of Grayshott Parish Council who own and run the recreation ground and do a fantastic job looking after the local area. You can park i the car park right next to the cahce so you could do it as cache and dash.
