This cachet is placed on private property, so don't worry don't stress yourself as it's my property. That being said the little white house that you walk by is not mine that's my neighbors house. You may park at the blue gate and walk in. Should be an easy find. I also own the two nearby, but under a different account, "I've got gas" and "old Orchard " I also own the property that these geocaches are placed on. there will be a few weekends throughout the year that this cachet will NOT be available. You will know it is not available if the gate is open as there will be other activities on the property that have nothing to do with Geocaching. At those times it will be Muggle central !!!
edit : I have changed the name and purpose of this geocache. My wife and I travel quite a bit and have decided to turn this into a travel bug hotel.
