- Walls of Fish is outside of Chowchilla. It has seen better days, but there is a display of taxidermied shark and fish that wraps halfway around the building.
This is a place that provided a big surprise for us when it was discovered as we participated in John's Ruber Chicken Motorcycle Tour, a decade ago. We must have driven right by, without noticing it, hundreds of times. Since discovering it, we have included it as a regular place to visit whenever a journey fits it in or we just need a good place to turn around and head back home. 
For a long time we have wanted to hide a cache here so others may find the surprise. As we nearly arrived to hide the cache here we experienced one of those inevitible Geochaing moments. We've been busy slinging ink onto logs in The Big Valley, paying TB visits and creating some new hides for a few days and crossing paths with wjrgeocaching79 several times. I may be going blind but not so bad that a Geomobile loaded for bear passing me by did not get my attention. It was none other than wjrgeocaching79 and of that there can be no doubt. This hide is intended to give a reason to visit this place. The container is a black magnetic nanno hidden in (as known in The Big Valley) the Ashley Hide manner. Please try not to cross-thread the cap and just snug enough. Too tight and the O-ring extrudes and the next finder cannot get the top off. We hope you enjoy this place.
