This cache is to celebrate the amazing Greenway in Greenville, NC. Several miles of paths to walk, jog or bike. Cache is located off the paved walking path in the woods at the site of the closed landfill. Terrain difficulty depends on path choosen to get to the cache. It could include moderate bushwacking and/or possibly a creek crossing. Depending on recent weather, the ground could be muddy. Keep in mind that you'll be in the woods and you might encounter wild animals (snakes, etc), ticks, poison ivy and even the evil thorny vine monsters!
You can easily make an day long event out of seeking the numerous other geocaches along the Greenway.
This cache is a regular size ammo can. Begininng contents include several fun kids toys, geocaching stickers and a pen with a waterproof log book.

**The path to this cache often floods.......as does everything in Greenville ;-). Below is a link to the Tar River level gauge. If the Tar is over 10 feet than there is a good chance that the path to the cache is flooded. If you are hardcore and still make the journey, don't forget to bring your waterproof boots :-P

We look forward to reading your logs and would love if you include a photo of your time spent on the Greenway.
