The final location is within 2 miles of this location, is indoors, and is available Monday through Saturday 11am through 6pm. To find the 2nd stage coordinates you can do this adventure lab looking at the history of Blackfoot (https://adventurelab.page.link/PLq7). It will take you past some of the oldest buildings in Blackfoot that are listed on the historical registry and still in great condition.
At those 2nd stage coordinates, which are outside, you will find a small bison tube about 3' high. Inside it lists instructions on where to go as well as listing the final coordinates.
