Geocache Description:

*The cache is not at the posted coordinates*

Hip hip hooray! You're invited to celebrate geopup Amelia's very first birthday!  Of course, we had pup cups and a mini hike down this trail, but you'll have to bring your own treats to enjoy.

The posted coordinates bring you to a parking area on a forest service road (your car should make it here just fine, no need for 4wd). Here, you'll find a trail. This is almost a park and grab, but in letterbox fashion, I'll tell you how to find the cache. Once you've parked, head down the trail for .05 miles (or 264 feet) until you find an interesting tree. And that's it! For even more of a hint, complete this puzzle:

Feel free to continue on a little farther down the trail to enjoy the pretty mountain view through the trees.

This is a letterbox cache, so there is a stamp and ink pad for you to stamp your personal notebook that must stay with the cache - please do not remove! Stamp your own stamp in the cache logbook - I included several extra stamps you're welcome to use if you don't have your own.

I hope you enjoy - this is meant to be a sweet, fun cache to celebrate Amelia's birthday. She enjoyed helping us hide it. 😊

Small note: As required by the USFS for geocaches hidden in the Chattahoochee National Forest. This geocache is prominently labeled as a geocache and the label includes the GC code and the owner's e-mail address.
