This is a great spot to park for acces to the Hastings Heritage Trail.
The structure here marks the spot of the former Marmora train station, a stop on the Central Ontario Railway, a line that ran 110 miles between Wallace and Weller's Bay. According to the Marmora history website, the station was named after Richard Wolfe, who was supposedly murdered there.
