Given the Wacky Weather we've been having, who knows what we will have for this event. If I schedule this event outside, can we get snowed out? Here's hoping. Rain. Snow. Sizzling Heat. Freezing Cold. Maybe splendid late afternoon sunshine.
We will be outdoors, but there's a pavilion that I am not reserving. Maybe stop by and then head out someplace to eat. Or show up with some food you picked up and don't expect to share.
There may be some things to do based on the weather. We shall see.

We had a great turnout on a chilly windy late afternoon. The caches didn't publish, but with the handout, several people went out to cache in groups to find them. We took a group picture, but some people had already left. It was wonderful to match faces to so many familiar names.
