Please note that this is not a 'Cache and Dash'. Difficulty 3.5 is described as "Quite difficult. Be prepared for a mental challenge." so please allow some time to complete the field logic puzzle, bring a friend ... and perhaps don't attempt this in bad weather.
The town planners of Cachetown aspire to become a big geo-city, but they are still in the planning stage. Once at GZ, open the larger container with the key tucked in at the top and you will find the partially completed, scale model blueprints for a block of high-rise skyscrapers in a rotten borough of Cachetown. The location of only a few buildings is given on the plans.
In each row and column of the block, in an unknown order, there is one building of each height – 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 floors. Numbers on the outside of the central grid indicate how many buildings can be seen from that edge, along that row or column. Higher buildings obstruct the view of lower buildings.
Your task is to complete the town planners’ blueprints and work out which height of skyscraper goes on which plot.
On the top of each tower block there is a letter - just like the helicopter pad 'H's so often seen in big cities. Once the buildings are in their correct position, important information related to accessing the log book inside the smaller container will be revealed along the rooftops. (Remember that this is Cachetown.)

After the Mega ...
The tents are gone and the campers have departed.
This cache became a feature of mega:MK, the 2023 UK Mega, with 300+ find logs and 120+ favourites awarded over just 8 days.
Many cachers came back several times and most finders worked together to figure out the puzzles and get to the log book.
For those who come next there won't be passers-by shouting helpful hints ... or the padlock combination!
There won't be an easy opportunity to come back later to have another go, having mulled over the contents of the box in your tent.
So ... below you will find the first stage of the puzzle, which can be solved before arrival if you wish.
Or ... you can ignore it and have the same experience as those during Mega Week, working it all out on site at GZ.
