The youth of Woodfin, like youth almost everywhere, always seem to be up to something.
A few years ago, local youth took on efforts to beautify the town of Woodfin. Their results impressed Woodfin town residents and officials so much that they chose to dedicate the flagpole in front of the Woodfin Town Hall to their local youth population.
For this relatively easy D1 cache (in terms of difficulty), there's only one question to answer: What year did this dedication take place? Visit the flagpole in front of the Woodfin Town Hall to find out.

Please note the T4 rating for terrain for this cache, meaning the last few steps can be quite challenging. In addition, the attributes predict coming across thorns, poison plants, and even ticks on the way to the cache.
Recommend wearing sturdy shoes and using at least one hiking pole before attempting to find this cache, and then doing the obligatory tick check shortly after completing the search.
