22nd Annual Texas Challenge Geocaching Festival

Particpants must register for the competitions (Team and Individual) by March 9th at 7pm Challenge Registration
At this fun-filled festival, geocachers from the Great State of Texas and the world participate in a friendly, challenging, geocaching competition, with the winning team taking the Golden Ammo Can!
The fun begins with various satellite events, geocaching opportunities, geo-art and Adventure Labs. There are plenty of games, goodies, trackable trading, swag and supply shopping and those great tales from the trail!
Enjoy a full day of geocaches, geocachers and the festival!

11 AM - Team competition ends (cards must be turned in at MPEC drop-off)

Challenge Within a Challenge
Want a free geocoin? This is a new feature for Texas Challenge. Pick up a scorecard at any event and complete activities for points. With 100 points, submit your card to win a free geocoin minted specifically for this event.
There are now 200 coins available, so start playing early!
Activities and Point Values:
1) 20 points for filling a volunteer role for 2 hours
2) 10 points per each event you attend
3) 5 points for 15 area geocaches found
4) 5 points for completing one of the 5 new Adventure Labs
5) 20 points for competing in the Team Competition
6) 20 points for competing in the Individual Competition
7) 10 points for spending $25 at a Wichita Falls business (show your receipts)
8) 10 points for sharing a photograph on social media, tagging #TexasChallenge
9) 10 points for joining TXGA
Friday and Saturday, we'll have a special Challenge Within a Challenge Desk to turn in cards for the geocoin.
