The posted coordinates is simply a place to park on the street. See the additional waypoints for a second option to park at. The actual geocache container is not at this location. In the north section, the ground is high and has many large oak trees. South of this higher ground, the ground does get water logged after rains. I've seen some areas have over 6 inches deep. You can follow the side walk along the western edge of the park. You will still need to traverse areas that can be water looged. A good pairs of water proof boots will be a good idea.
This WherIGo will take you on a walking tour of the city of Warren's Butcher Park. A typical park in which they instlalled a new playground in late 2022. It's kind of different. There are 10 zones in total. Once you complete it, you'll find in your inventory the waypoint for the physical cache and a hint.
