We are lambing a whole month later this year ! Why ? Basically the drought last summer meant that the ewes were not in good enough condition in October to start the process. We keep Portland sheep and a couple of Herdwicks . Peak lambing will unfortunately be over Easter weekend but hopefully this means there will be plenty to see, hold etc at the event .
Always wanted to host a SOX event and although I attend them regularly I am a little too far away to host one , hence the 'on tour' .
Whats the story about BBH#143 - well it should have happened in January 2020 . December was 142 and February 144 . No one can recall what happened to January and #143 so this will fill the gap . Most of these lambing events have had a BBH number.
