How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.

Be aware of the usual suspects in the desert; things that bite, sting, scratch, poke, etc.  Uneven ground can make secure footing a concern. Step carefully.

Always a good idea to bring some water along.

The cache is on Arizona State Land Trust property and geocachers must purchase a recreation permit available on the Arizona State Land Department's website in order to geocache there. http://asld.secure.force.com/recreationalpermit/

The road is in good shape, though fairly rough in places. 2WD vehicles should be OK, though deep sand or high clearance could be a concern in some places.  Use your best judgement.

The '50s

“Still like that old time rock 'n' roll

That kind of music just soothes the soul

I reminisce about the days of old

With that old time rock 'n' roll”

- Bob Seger & Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section (1979)

If one lived through this decade the questions may stir a memory of two. If one didn’t, the questions may just be questions. Either way, have fun.
