This one should be easy to find. Be aware of the usual suspects in the desert; things that bite, sting, scratch, poke, etc. Uneven ground can make secure footing a concern. Step carefully.
Always a good idea to bring some water along.
The cache is on Arizona State Land Trust property and geocachers must purchase a recreation permit available on the Arizona State Land Department's website in order to geocache there. http://asld.secure.force.com/recreationalpermit/
The road is in good shape, though fairly rough in places. 2WD vehicles should be OK, though deep sand or high clearance could be a concern in some places. Use your best judgement.
