The first generation of wormhole caches were published in 2010, the series started with three caches. Fast forward to now, and a tradition continues to carry on. We hope you enjoy this April Fool’s Day prank!
First settled by European Americans in 1840, Oak Park (a northern suburb of Detroit - West of Ferndale) did not have it's first major growth spurt until World War I. Since then, this little "can do" city has grown. In recent years, they have invested in the 9 Mile Corridor, adding multiple linear and pocket parks where residents & visitors can play giant chess or cornhole, test their skateboard skills on the ripple sidewalks, take a break at the "Trailhead", view public art and rent bicycles.

It's all on the cache page
Notable Current and Former Oak Parkians include...
- Al Kaline - Detroit Tiger baseball legend and Hall of Fame member
- Geoffrey Fieger - Attorney who represented Jack Kevorkian
- Doug Feiger - Lead singer of the group, "The Knack", known for "My Sharona"
- John Marshall Kelly, Jr - Cleveland Browns running back
- Stephen Markman - Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court
- Paul Milgrom - Nobel Prize-winning economist
- Joseph Bruce (AKA Violent J) and Joseph Utsler (Shaggy 2 Dope) - Members of the Insane Clown Posse

This is a safe area and a great place to bring the kids. Parking can be found on the nearby side streets. While in the area, visit my other Oak Park cache called Start at the Trailhead. The cache is at the posted coordinates.
