We have received a request to archive your cache page GCA5FB as the physical cache appears to be missing.
The request from junebugdawn to keep it in play has been noted.
At issue is the fact that the cache is located in the Ninety Six National Historic Site which is administered by the National Park Service. The NPS has banned geocaching in properties under their jurisdiction. It is possible that this cache was published before the ban, but there was no grandfathering.
junebugdawn, if you would like to contact the current NPS ranger that is over the site and obtain permission for the cache to stay, please send the name of the ranger and his or her contact information to me via email and I will unarchive it for you once the physical cache is replaced. The contact information does not need to be in a log.
Without a current record of permission it will not be possible to unarchive the cache page.
