FIRST AND FOREMOST, DO NOT PARK ON THE HIGHWAY (264). Also do not park in the parking lots of the Ship Yards, there is a chance you may get towed.
I noticed there are not any caches located near my work. I put this along the path running on the"safe" side of the fence. Be careful of muggles, especially during lunch time. If you are walking by then, you may see me! AGAIN DO NOT STOP ON THE HIGHWAY AND TRY TO ACCESS THIS CACHE!
This cache is hidden between a ship yard and the interstate. There are fences on both sides of the paved trail and sidewalk. I reccomend parking at 36°49'55.6"N 76°16'57.5"W and walking the mile for the cache. Another option is to park in waterside and walk over the bridge (I do not have coordinates for someplace to park there). I have made that hike over the bridge a few times, and it is a cool experience.
