Geocache Description:

Have you seen the crime shows where the CSI folks get DNA to identify people from the blood drops left at the scene of the crime? This happens in the real world too, just not nearly as fast as on TV. One drop of your blood can provide a sample of your DNA that could be used to identify you.

Have you ever donated blood during a blood drive? Are you a regular blood donor? Lots of people donate blood. Donated blood helps save untold numbers of lives every day.

Have you ever been geocaching and the GPS points you into a thicket of briars and other pointy, stickery things? Did you just bull your way through, shredding clothing and skin? Did you carefully pick and plan each move to avoid the inevitable pricks? Did you find an easy way out after finding the geocache?

I've heard before, and said a few times, "If you ain't bleedin', you ain't geocachin'!"

When placing this geocache, there was a couple blood donations made and enough blood left on the scene that a DNA identity could be done.

Our understanding is that there's a Texas law which says you can't enter a cemetery after dark, except when it has posted hours of operation, so only attempt this geocache during daytime.

As always, be on the lookout for creepy-crawlies, danger-noodles, plants that can poke or sting, and other dangers. Remenmber, the only person responsible for your safety is you.
