The Freshwater Series of caches has been created to form a GeoArt off the coast of Freshwater Point, Queensland to create a Glass of Freshwater GeoArt.
These caches are NOT at the posted co-ordinates.
These caches can be access by foot and the series has been placed in areas that may require 4WD for access depending on the weather conditions. Cachers may decide to walk to these caches from parking locations available at the Boat Ramp or drive up the nearby roads to the final locations. Remember to plan your journey and to pack water and do some planning prior to heading out.
All cache containers are of waterproof type but please ensure that the lids of these containers are replaced tightly to ensure a waterproof seal and the log and contents remain dry. Remember to bring a pen or pencil to sign the logs as proof of find.
Some of these caches require a TOTT (Tool Of The Trade) which you will find in the Hint or Attributes of the cache. Please check prior to searching for the cache to avoid disappointment at the GZ.
There may also be Field Puzzles in this Series that will require the solving of a puzzle at the Posted Co-Ordinates to determine your final destination.
This series has been created to provide a variety of caching Attributes and as such, please remember a Smiley is never worth an injury or accident so stay safe cachers.
This series of caches has also been created to help people solve Geocaching Mysteries by providing a few useful websites and guidance. If help is needed, you can always reach out to the Cache Owner.
