A (hopefully) fun game for children of all ages
This one is very different to my other wherigos. This cache is one of twelve Wherigo caches that can all be found from the one Wherigo cartridge
The cartridge you need can be downloaded from here:
>Be sure you have the most recent cartridge downloaded before you go out. The date of the most recent update can be found on the first cache's description at https://coord.info/GCA5N6Y
A simple guide to Wherigo can be found here
The designated start point is a little way into the woods - the cartridge will lead you to it. From there you'll be guided along a walk of a couple of miles along some of the lesser walked paths of Kings Wood. It can be muddy in the winter
Before you start be sure the GPS is switched on in the software you are using for the Wherigo. Just because it is switched on in your GPS unit or on your phone doesn't always mean it is switched on in the software
The landowner (Forestry Commission East England) does not assess the suitability or safety of the cache location. The cache placer and the cache finder have a responsibility to take reasonable precautions to protect their own safety and the safety of others. Hazards observed at or on route to the cache location should be reported to the cache owner. The Cache has been placed in accordance with the Forestry Commission East England agreement
