We've lived in the area for many years and this park has always been a lovely place to visit when the children were young or with the dogs. In recent years it has seen the addition of a bar and a bandstand. They put performances on every now and then.
Please note that although the entranceways display opening hours, we have known some of the gates not to be closed at all.
There is a picnic and BBQ area located at the Southern end of the park.
