Drawing a Blank on the Rail Trail Mystery Cache

You will find this cache on the Putnam Trailway/Empire Trailway in Carmel N.Y..But of course you have to solve the puzzle below to find your prize. All the information you need to solve this puzzle is on this page(at least on a PC it is). This is a log only cache for all intents and purposes and you will need to BYOP (bring your own pen) for those who don't know.
