Once Tincher Farms, the property and ranch house on the west bank of Alum Creek were recently purchased at auction by a local family with the intent to keep the property undelveloped to remain a haven for the various wildlife which densly occupy the wooded regions of this suburban area. Old Hanawalt Road was recently restabilized here, opening up views of the creek to those using the bike trail that runs on the west side of Alum Creek.
The route to this cache is intended to be fully wheelchair and stroller accessible so everyone can enjoy the find. There is an object inside the cache (at the bottom) which is not intended as swag and needs to remain in place for this cache to work correctly - please try to keep it in place and don't remove it.
