We'll meet at Pioneer Spring, where, if I recall correctly, there is a little place to sit out of the sun, and definitely something to drink... Trailhead to event is just a bit over a mile.
It might be of interest that this is the first time that I've hosted an event that didn't require a boat. I don't think a boat would be appreciated in the nearby body of water...
