My fourth in the Schoolhouse Rock series and first that is about a subject other than math. This is part of their America Rock Season. I love Schoolhouse Rock, it got me through Elementary School and set me up with the basics of life. The Schoolhouse Rock song to teach the process of creating Laws is called, I'm Just a Bill. It is sung by Bill, our favorite piece of stationary as he talks about the process through his firsthand perspective.
Story of the Placing: It was the second snow of the year. In March. Pathetic and sad. Even worse, it wasn't sticking because Northern Virginia is too warm. So it was flurrying and instantly becoming water once it touched anything solid. However, thaat did not deter us. We ventured forth and placed the stages. Then returning to the car, we realized there was a dog park nearby (We'll be back for an addition to the Pooches Play Places Series). Too nearby. So we went back and moved the stages further north to make room for furture caches. When you find the cache, you will see why this took a bigger effort than usual.
About the Cache: This is a simple two stage multi. And when I say simple, I mean this will be one of the easiest multi's you'll ever do. But also one of the funnest. You will be going on Bill's journey with him: The first stage is him as a bill, and finally he rises up to a law. As usual, the final is the rewarding stage, but not as usual, it's not a large simple container, but a different kind of rewarding. You'll have to go find the cache to see what I'm talking about. But if you're worrying about a multi, don't, it will take you no time, aand if you're expecting a long trek, I'm sorry, it's nothing of that sort. Just a quick but very entertaining 2-stage multi in one of Northern Virginia's compact rugged urban parks.
