The area is usually a swamp. The water's FRIGID in the winter 
(learned that the hard way) and in the summer you may need to fight through foliage. No need to go swimming for this one (though you may need to walk through water: after heavy rains, about 6 feet of the path to the cache is covered with a few inches of water. Bring good shoes.
