CZ: Tato keš vás zavede do oblasti, kde se dochovaly pozůstatky zaniklé obce Altwasser. Jedná se o severní část obce, kde v minulosti podél potoka a silnice stála souvislá zástavba domů a hospodářských stavení. Ve 30. letech 20. stol. měla obec přibližně 350 obyvatel, 76 domů, poutní kostel a kláštěr se školou. V roce 1949 byl tento prostor uzavřen za účelem začlenění do vojenského újezdu k potřebám armády. Obyvatelstvo bylo odsunuto a domy postupně srovnány se zemí.
EN: Hunting for this geocache will take you to a place where the remains of the defunct village of Altwasser have been preserved. This is the northern part of the village, where in the past there was a continuous development of houses and outbuildings along the stream and the road. In the 1930s the village had aboud 350 residents, 76 houses, a pilgrimage church and a monastery with a school. In 1949, this area was closed for the purpose of being incorporated into a military district for the needs of the army. The population was displaced and the houses gradually razed to the ground.
