Yo. chumchumlol back at it again, this time with a storytime. TNTSNOW placed this geocache here like 7 years ago. 5 years ago I was hanging out with my friend Duncan and what used to be my friend Khyson, we were in the front of this church and that's when he started teaching me about the art of the geocache. Khyson knew about it too and I somehow didn't I was confused, what was a geocache exactly? He then explained to me they were these little treasure chests that you open up hidden around the valley and you're supposed to log your name and they have these goodies in them. I was astonished by the whole concept. So I asked him, "where is the nearest geocache"? He then took me to the back of that church and opened up this pencil box it had a notepad inside of it everything, a log, and some goodies. That was the original version of this cache. I was like "wow" there's been a secret society hiding these things around me all my life. That night I went home, fascinated, I researched geocaching and I saw the map of all the geocaches around the valley and which struck a passion in me to go geocaching. The funny part is, the cache I found wasn't actually the real geocache hidden by TNTSNOW, instead it was my friend Max who was mad about how the geocache looked, hid another one right next to it, so we found his replacement cache for the original cache instead. To which a year later I discovered TNTSNOW was infuriated. I was intrigued by the whole story and it was quite funny. Then in 2020, I discovered the real TNTSNOW cache after relooking and realizing I had originally found the fake decoy. It was honestly better than the decoy my friend Max put up. Back then he went by the digital alias "PurpleDuck". Every time I got trackable and I didn't have time to deal with it, I took it to the OG cache which used to be right here. That was twice. It really had a place in my heart. Unfortunately, the OG cache maker TNTSNOW always ignored all my messages about it though. Anyways I noticed about a year ago it got disabled, some loser had stolen it. I was devastated, the nostalgic piece of the church had been taken. This afternoon while dozing off, I thought about remaking it and so I decided to today. This is the new revamped version of the geocache TNTSNOW created and I recreated it so new geocachers could find the cache personal to me in my heart. Please don't steal this one again whoever you are. I also left some goodies which are TRADABLES inside of the cache and a pen that one of my family members got on a vacation to Mexico. Enjoy this cache and I love you all for making this community still active somewhat. Thanks for reading, I hope you all enjoy this cache as much as little me did.
Update: 3/31/2023: Went back and forth with the cache reviewer/ moderator Punk Rock Girl, and ended up with her telling me I had to move it to the outskirts of the property. For me personally, that would've been devastating. So I put on my suit and my tie and went over to see the bishop, bishop Jameson. I handed him a document asking if I could place the geocache at the coordinates where I originally wanted it to be placed. He told me he would call me back in a week. A week later he tells me he called up Russell M. Nelson himself, also known as the president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. And by what he heard, he could not sign the document, but he granted me permission to destroy or tamper with any part of the land which was a part of the outskirts of the property. I knew the gig was up so I came up with a clever hook and pull idea for the cache but unfortunately, I didn't account for the screws inside of a fence post I thought they'd be completely empty so the cache I had wouldn't fit in it. I had to opt for the only place possible to hide a cache in a place like this, also known as this place. Hope you people enjoy finding this cache if it gets accepted. Have fun finding this one also and happy caching. Hopefully, this somewhat makes up for TNTSNOW's cache. I don't know how TNTSNOW's original cache got accepted because not even the bishop was aware of it lol.
