Come on down to this hidden treasure of Cape Cod! Beautiful little 56 acre pond with great fishing and kayaking. The pond is stocked every Fall and Spring with trout, so get your license and drop a line in the water!  Cache is easy to find and requires no trailblazing.  Come on down and enjoy this little slice of heaven!  After you log your cache, you can visit the cemetary just down the road on Route 149 where Shubael Hamblin rests.

When Shubael Hamblin was born on 18 July 1766, in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States, his father, Shubael Hamblin, was 41 and his mother, Sarah Crocker, was 24. He married Rachael Downes on 9 June 1787, in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 2 daughters. He died on 14 August 1846, in Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States, at the age of 80, and was buried in Marstons Mills Cemetery, Marstons Mills, Barnstable, Barnstable, Massachusetts, United States.
